Close to forest and beach, in the heart of East Fyn, with approx. 7 km to Kerteminde and Langeskov and 15 km to Odense you will find Guldberg's holiday apartment / guesthouse of approx. 120m2.

With only 2 km to Rynkeby, where there are shopping opportunities and 8 km to the nearest motorway exit 49, it is a holiday apartment / guesthouse which is easy to get to and has an attractive location in relation to the many attractions in the area.

The apartment is fully furnished and contains a kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment was built in March 2014 - 2019. In extension of the apartment is a gathering room, with space for up to 50 people with tables, chairs and dishes, which can be rented out to the holiday apartment.

The rooms are also rented out individually.

The apartment is part of a disused agricultural property (independent building), the main building is occupied by the owners. Good parking conditions on site and there is space for campervans, motorhomes and trailers etc.

There is sleeping space for 8 (12) people with two in a double bed, two on a sofa bed with chaise longue and 2x two single beds in the last rooms. Extra beds/cots are available in all rooms and one with 2 extra beds.

Pets are welcome, but a small fee is charged.

There is access to a private garden/terrace, with garden furniture and a large barbecue, large green area with space for outdoor games. There is a small rental area with swings, slide, climbing wall and rental house.
