Christmas tree lighting and Christmas lights in Kerteminde Town Centre
We switch on the beautiful Christmas lights and the Christmas tree in Kerteminde every year at the same time as many of the shops celebrate Black Friday.
Experience the festive atmosphere as the Christmas tree in Kerteminde's town square is lit and the streets of the town centre glow with Christmas lights.
From 16 on Friday 13 November, you can enjoy mulled wine, traditional Danish apple doughnuts and other festive treats in the town square. Children can also take part in the traditional Christmas treasure hunt through the streets of Kerteminde and explore the town centre along the way.
The Christmas tree is lit at 18
At 18, the Mayor, joined by Santa, will light the large Christmas tree in the town square. The festive lights across Kerteminde town centre will then be switched on, marking the beginning of the Christmas season.
