The room, which is a bright basement room with a high ceiling, is approx. 25 m2 and has its own entrance, shower and toilet. The toilet is the house's guest toilet, but with unobstructed access.
In the room there is a small fridge, coffee/tea, kitchen items, so you can make your own breakfast/lunch. In the bathroom/utility room there is a hairdryer, electric kettle and microwave. In the bathroom/utility room, it is possible to dry e.g. sailing and cycling clothing.
