The Village of Viby - Art, tasting and fairway of the summer

Welcome to the second experience in the Kerteminde area during the golf days. In Viby, a summer programme filled with experiences both big and small awaits. Discover everything from art and culture to music, local flavours and memorable moments in the village.

Experience the vibrant village of Viby on Hindsholm – one of Denmark's best-preserved villages from the era of the traditional farming community.

History is visible throughout Viby’s streets, where you can clearly sense how life has unfolded over the centuries. Visit Viby Windmill, rising above the rolling manor landscape and offering spectacular views across Odense Fjord. Explore some of the village’s oldest farmhouses, dating back to the 18th century, which could easily have provided the setting for characters such as Jeppe from Jeppe of the Hill.

Today, Viby is a lively village where culture, local food and history come together. Passionate local volunteers have created an oasis of experiences, and you are warmly invited to enjoy them.
